When century-old infrastructure construction contractor, Henkels & McCoy, made the business decision to split into three companies – Henkels & McCoy Group, Henkels & McCoy, Inc. and HMI Services – we developed a new brand to both explain the split and infuse a connecting story and visual thread between them.

Built on their history as the literal connector of the nation’s utility and communications networks and of people to lifelong careers, we crafted three new brands around the theme of “connections” that can stand alone or work in tandem.

We brought the brands to life through new sales decks and new websites, optimized with images and keywords to elevate the companies’ authority value and placement on search engines, recruit high-caliber candidates and convert leads.
