Office Manager

Braithwaite Communications, a top-rated Philadelphia marketing firm recognized for its creative approach to branding, content marketing, social, PR, and crisis communications, is looking for a mature, high-energy, experienced person for an exciting full-time opportunity as our agency office manager.

Reporting to the CEO, the role is extremely varied and offers elements of billing and invoicing, project management, marketing, culture, as well as some IT and business development responsibilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage agency time tracking, and client invoicing using Advantage software program
  • Receive and record incoming checks and manage accounts payables and receivables
  • Manage and issue monthly reports
  • Support account teams in printing and preparing presentations
  • Manage agency vendor and service provider relationships
  • Serve as primary contact for building management, cleaning services and needs
  • Manage outsourced IT vendor to ensure execution of contracted deliverables
  • Manage inventory and upkeep of agency computers and phones
  • Schedule and support weekly staff & senior team meetings
  • Manage intern program (placement of listings, scheduling, orientation)
  • Support business development research, identify, target and secure new clients
  • Organize and manage agency new business mailings / lists
  • Support new client pitches, business meetings and presentations

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5 years of experience as an office manager in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Great attention to detail
  • Strong project management skills
  • Confident verbal ability and presence
  • Professional discretion, confidentiality and mature judgment
  • Desire to progress and grow with a company
  • Ability to prioritize work assignments among conflicting demands
  • Ability to communicate and write professionally
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Zoom
  • Experience with “Advantage” software – or similar time-tracking software a plus

Senior Account Executive

We are growing quickly and looking for a sharp Senior Account Executive with a minimum of 2-4 years of demonstrated experience in media relations, writing and content marketing.

REQUIREMENTS

Successful candidates must be smart and aggressive PR pros – high-energy news hounds, on top of today’s business issues, ideas and trends. They must have superior business writing skills and strong structured verbal skills. They must possess a natural ability to pitch and place stories with print, broadcast and social media outlets and a knack for uncovering and packaging strong news angles that carry brand messages. Financial services experience is a plus.

  • Fluent in all marketing, media, PR strategy and business fundamentals
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of demonstrated PR experience with B2B and B2C clients
  • Effective with national and higher-profile media (Wall Street Journal, CNBC, Bloomberg, New York Times, CNN, NPR, etc.)
  • Demonstrated success with B2B PR in print, broadcast and digital
  • Senior-level writing skills – press releases, articles, blogs, op-eds, video scripts and web content
