What my business card says:
Senior account executive
What I actually do:
I help my clients find solutions to challenges. Whether creating compelling content that helps them meaningfully communicate with their audiences, providing guidance during crisis, or thinking outside the box to help them break through the clutter, I drive results for my clients and help them grow their relationships with stakeholders.
I started my communications career at a nonprofit adaptive watersports center in Miami – combining my passions of being on the water and telling stories that connect the community while developing a life-long passion for supporting non-profit organizations. From there, I ventured both to the agency side of the industry and up the coast to Raleigh for a several-year stint before coming back to Philadelphia – working on everything from Fortune 10 businesses to startups along the way.
Most recent success:
Helped clients navigate a global crisis and find new ways to support their stakeholders and reach new audiences creatively.
Remind me to tell you the story about …
I had to prepare crisis statements in case of a shark attack.
Book I recommend to clients:
Let my people go surfing: the education of a reluctant businessman – Patagonia founder Yvon Chouinard’s autobiography
What I do for fun:
Traveling (or dreaming about it), going to the beach (or wishing I could be there), playing Scrabble, reading a new book or catching a Phillies or Eagles game
