What my business card says:
Associate Vice President
What I actually do:
I’m an orchestrator – defining strategy, ideas, and fine tuning the execution of everything from content marketing to launching podcasts. At the end of the day, everything I do forwards my clients’ end goal for the business.
Marketing pedigree:
I first worked at another PR agency and fell in love with the intersection of PR, advertising, and marketing. Because I wanted to learn more how marketing ties with business, I went back to school to get my MBA and focused on strategic marketing and business strategy. After grad school, I worked for a global management consultancy firm managing public relations, strategic sponsorships, and business development. Marketing and business go hand-in-hand, you can’t have one without the other.
Most recent success:
Completing a rebrand of a client’s product and launching a new website in 4 months.
Remind me to tell you the story about …
That time I was on the Science Channel during their coverage of the Punkin Chunkin competition. . .
Book I recommend to clients:
The Barefoot Contessa Cookbooks – you can’t go wrong with any of her recipes!
What I do for fun:
Eat. Cook. Travel. Repeat. I obsess over the Food Network, Food 52, Bon Appetite and checking out new cookbooks and restaurants. My favorite culinary holiday is Thanksgiving in Florida. It is the most wonderful time of the year and there is less stress in the kitchen when you are wearing flip flops.
Education:
Temple University – MBA in Marketing and Strategic Management
