Sarah leads Braithwaite’s consumer and nonprofit practices with a specific focus on food, retail, education, lifestyle and cause-driven brands. With nearly 20 years of experience, she helps organizations tell stories that drive action and build trust. Her expertise lies in media relations, branding, employee engagement, internal communications, event marketing and crisis management. Sarah has built Braithwaite’s nonprofit practice from the ground up, fueled by a personal passion for supporting organizations that give back. Early in her career, she spent time volunteering and fundraising with Philadelphia nonprofits and brings that expertise to her clients. Sarah is a facilitator and trainer, running media trainings, presentation trainings, public speaking and crisis communications workshops. She’s guest lectured at Temple and Wharton, helping current and future leaders sharpen their skills. Sarah is a Philadelphia native and graduated from Emory University with a degree in English, journalism and Italian. Beyond the world of work, Sarah’s life is all about her husband and two amazing daughters.

Rome – I spent my semester abroad there in college and couldn’t love it more. This is followed closely by any sunny beach I can get to.
Brand that inspires you and why…
I love Bombas. My entire family loves how comfortable their slippers are, but what I love more is that for every item you purchase the company donates an item on your behalf. The premise of providing everyday goods that do good is one that I truly connect with.
